Location
Ufora is located near the east edge of campus, so walking to class would take about 5-10 minutes. It’s across the street from the School of Architecture and Fine Arts Building, Norman Hall and Norman Lawn, and a short walk from sorority row. Ufora is also right next to The Row, another popular student apartment in Gainesville.

Being located on 5th Ave, it is easy to drive to any restaurants or grocery stores. It’s about a 3-minute drive to the closest Publix and very close to University Ave with lots of stores and food options.
Parking
Ufora has an onsite parking garage and charges residents $250 per month for cars and $25 per month for scooters. There is also room for bike storage.

Amenities
Ufora offers many amenities, including a resort-style rooftop pool, open-air courtyards, 24/7 fitness center, arcade and clubhouse space, and study rooms.
In addition, each apartment comes fully furnished and is complete with a smart TV, in-unit laundry, and stainless-steel appliances. Ufora also has available upgrades such as private balconies, side-by-side fridges, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Pricing and Floor Plans
Ufora offers many floor plan options. Each unit has equal bathrooms to bedrooms, and internet and cable are included in rent.

Depending on which floor plan you choose, the cost of rent can vary greatly. Upon publication, the cost of rent at Ufora ranges from around $1000 to $1700 per person, per month, not including parking fees. The least expensive floor plan is the eight-bedroom unit.
Ufora is also pet friendly, and the cost of pet rent is $20 per month, per pet.
