Ufora is located near the east edge of campus, so walking to class would take about 5-10 minutes. It’s across the street from the School of Architecture and Fine Arts Building, Norman Hall and Norman Lawn, and a short walk from sorority row. Ufora is also right next to The Row, another popular student apartment in Gainesville.

Being located on 5th Ave, it is easy to drive to any restaurants or grocery stores. It’s about a three-minute drive to the closest Publix and very close to University Ave with lots of stores and food options.
Parking
Ufora offers secured onsite garage parking and scooter parking. There is also a secured bike storage room with a repair station. At the time of publication, there was no information on Ufora’s website about what they charge for parking.

Amenities
Ufora offers many amenities, including a resort-style rooftop pool, open-air courtyards, 24/7 fitness center, arcade and clubhouse space, and study rooms.
In addition, each apartment comes fully furnished and is complete with a smart TV, in-unit laundry, and stainless-steel appliances. Ufora also offers private balconies, side-by-side fridges, and floor-to-ceiling windows in select units.

Ufora offers many floor plan options. Each unit has equal bathrooms to bedrooms, and internet and cable are included in rent.
