The Row is located right at the eastern edge of campus, meaning it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to most classes. It is just across the street from the School of Architecture and the Fine Arts buildings.
The community is a short walk to sorority row and a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the nearest Starbucks, Publix and Target. It’s also a quick drive to the numerous stores and restaurants on University Ave.

The Row has an onsite assigned parking garage for residents and charges $275 per month for cars and $40 per month for scooters.

The Row offers many amenities, including ground-level retail, resort-style pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, and collaborative and private study rooms.
Each apartment comes fully furnished and is complete with Latch Smart Entry, in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring.

Pricing and Floor Plans
The Row offers many floor plan options with both shared and private bathrooms.

Depending on which floor plan you choose, the cost of rent can vary greatly. Upon publication, the cost of rent at The Row ranges from about $1000 to $1450 per person, per month, not including additional fees. The most affordable floor plan is the 4×2 unit with shared bathrooms.
The Row is a pet-friendly community. The cost of pet rent is $50 per month, per pet with an initial non-refundable fee of $500 and $200 refundable deposit.
