The Row is located right at the eastern edge of campus, meaning it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to most classes. It is just across the street from the School of Architecture and the Fine Arts buildings.
The community is a short walk to sorority row and a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the nearest Starbucks, Publix and Target. It’s also a quick drive to the numerous stores and restaurants on University Ave.

The Row has an onsite assigned parking garage for residents. The parking rates vary, so contact their leasing office for details.

Amenities
The Row offers many amenities, including ground-level retail, resort-style pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, and collaborative and private study rooms.
Each apartment comes fully furnished and is complete with Latch Smart Entry, in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring.

Pricing and Floor Plans
The Row offers many floor plan options with both shared and private bathrooms.

At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Row range from the $900s to over $1,300 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on The Row’s floor plans page.
The Row is a pet-friendly community. As of December 2023, the cost of pet rent is $50 per month, per pet with an initial non-refundable fee of $500 and $200 refundable deposit.
