Highlights: Legacy at The Standard is another purpose-built student housing complex for UF, situated just northeast of campus. Legacy’s offers modern amenities, including a resort-style pool with a sun shelf, clubroom, fitness center, private and group study rooms, as well as access to all the amenities at The Standard. They offer studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3, 5×5, 5×5.5, and 6×4 floor plans.
7. Ufora
Address: 1218 SW 5th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601
Opened in: Fall 2023
Highlights: Ufora is a new development in Gainesville, located on the east side of campus off 5th Ave. The amenities include a resort-style rooftop pool, open-air courtyards, 24/7 fitness center, arcade and clubhouse space, and study rooms. Floor plans include studios to 4x4s, as well as 6×6 townhomes and 8×8 microstudios.
