Location
Located on 13th street, Social 28 is directly across the street from campus. Walking to class would take about 10 minutes, and walking to the Midtown bars would take about 15 minutes.
Social 28 is located above CVS Pharmacy, and about a 10-minute walk from Publix on 13th street.

Parking
Social 28 uses the Klaus Car Parking system. Parking for residents is $200 per month for cars and is pretty limited, so it’s distributed on a first come, first serve basis.

Social 28 offers many amenities, including game rooms, study rooms, and a new rooftop outdoor space that has a pool, hot tub, cabanas and outdoor grills.
The fitness center at Social 28 has new workout equipment and a private yoga studio.
Social 28 has 24-hour surveillance to ensure the safety of residents. The apartment complex also offers video doorbells, so residents can feel safer in their units.
Pricing and Floor Plans
Social 28 offers a select amount of floor plans including:
- Two bedroom: 2×1
- Three bedroom: 3×2
- Four bedroom: 4×2
Looking to live alone? Sweetwater offers multiple one-bedroom floor plans. Or, if you’re looking to live with a larger group, we have 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 layouts available!
At the time of publication in February 2024, rates at Social 28 for 2024 – 2025 range from the $900s to over $1,000 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on Social 28’s floor plans page.
Each unit at Social 28 is fully furnished and is complete with stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry machines, and 50” flat screen TVs in the living rooms.
Social 28 does not allow residents to have pets. (Have a furry friend? Sweetwater is pet friendly!)
