Location
The Griffin is located on 11th Ave, near the southeast side of UF campus. It’s just a few streets over from Sorority Row, so you can get to and from the house easily. It’s also close to another popular UF student property, Lark.

Parking
At the time of publication in January 2024,The Griffin offers parking in their on-site garage for an additional monthly fee of $315. They also offer reserved scooter parking for $40 per month on the first floor of the parking garage, and offer exclusive reserved parking spots outside of the townhome floor plans.

Amenities
The Griffin offers several modern amenities, including a pool with a tanning ledge and cabanas, a poolside TV lounge with grills, study lounges, 24/7 fitness center, and Amazon package lockers. They also provide a free shuttle to UF campus for class.
Pricing and Floor Plans
The Griffin offers 11 floor plans, including 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 4×4.5, 5×5.5 and 6×6.5 options.
Each unit at The Griffin comes fully furnished and offers stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, LED mirror with bluetooth speakers and defoggers, and in-unit washers and dryers.
At the time of publication in January 2024, rates for the 2024 – 2025 school year range from the $900s to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on The Griffin’s floor plans page.
The Griffin is also pet friendly, and at the time of publication, allows certain pets with a $200 one-time fee and an additional $25/month pet rent.
