The Standard is an off-campus apartment complex offering student housing a three-minute walk away from UF. Community amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, study lounge spaces, and a clubhouse. Floor plans range from studios to six bedrooms, with penthouse layouts that span two floors. Parking options are also available for cars and scooters.
2. Stadium House

Stadium House offers student housing located across the street from UF campus, near Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Community amenities include a pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness center, study rooms, and lounge. Floor plans range from studio to five-bedroom layouts.

Hub on 3rd offers conveniently located student apartments for UF student residents, about a six-minute walk to campus. Community amenities include a rooftop pool with a hot tub, fitness center with a yoga studio, and a study lounge. Floor plans range from studios to five bedrooms and townhouse layouts. Parking for scooters and cars is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Hub on University

5. The Griffin

The Griffin is an apartment community catering to UF students and is located near the southeast corner of campus. Community amenities include a terrace-level pool deck, fitness center, and study spaces with a 24/7 cafe. Floor plans range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts to three-story townhouse layouts.
6. Legacy at The Standard

Legacy at The Standard is another purpose-built student housing complex for UF, situated just northeast of campus. Legacy’s offers modern amenities, including a resort-style pool with a sun shelf, clubroom, fitness center, private and group study rooms, as well as access to all the amenities at The Standard. They offer studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3, 5×5, 5×5.5, and 6×4 floor plans.
7. Ufora

Opened in: Fall 2023
Ufora is a new development in Gainesville, located on the east side of campus off 5th Ave. The amenities include a resort-style rooftop pool, open-air courtyards, 24/7 fitness center, arcade and clubhouse space, and study rooms. Floor plans include studios to 4x4s, as well as 6×6 townhomes and 8×8 microstudios.
