2. Value for Your Money

Sweetwater has an on-site coffee shop, Daydreamer, featuring hand-mixed coffee drinks, matcha and artisan pastries.
Every apartment at Sweetwater comes fully furnished, with high-speed internet and cable.
Each bedroom comes with a full size bed, computer desk and chair, 3-speed ceiling fan, as well as a spacious closet. You will also be provided with stackable dressers that can go under your bed, so that you have plenty of space to store all of your personal belongings.
The unit also has a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, ceramic light fixtures, and a ton of storage for everyone. It comes with stainless steel appliances, including a spacious fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and glass top stove, as well as brass hardware throughout.
Every unit comes with a wall-mounted smart TV, a full-sized washer dryer, an electronic fob lock and deadbolt on the front door.
We also have a full suite of amenities including a rooftop pool, study mezzanine, and our in-house coffee bar, Daydreamer Cafe. With amenities like a gym, sauna, and yoga room, you will have no need for an extra fitness membership!
3. Independence

Not only can living off-campus at Sweetwater give you more bang for your buck, but it provides additional independence that you won’t experience at an on-campus dorm.
At Sweetwater, you will not have a meal plan. This way, you have the flexibility to choose which groceries you need or want, and spend as much or as little as you please.
4. Year-Round Housing

Sweetwater’s yoga studio has floor to ceiling windows which flood the space with natural light to elevate your zen experience.
While on-campus housing at UF is leased for 9 months, at Sweetwater you will sign a 12-month lease. This way, if you’re looking to live in Gainesville over the summer, you will have a place to stay. However, if you’re looking to visit home, study abroad, or move for an internship during the summer, you can relet your apartment.
5. Proximity to Campus

Sweetwater is located at 1225 W. University Ave, only one block from the UF campus. This way, you won’t have to worry if you snooze your alarm a few too many times – campus is right across the street!
Overall, Sweetwater offers many incentives for student living as opposed to on-campus living or other off-campus apartments.
